Our top of the range signature bespoke purpose-built Garden Rooms are internally lined and insulated with either timber cladding or plaster board skimmed options which can be used as an all year round home office, art studio, gym or leisure room.
The buildings include house specification double glazed PVCu or timber doors and windows, composite cladding, pvc soffits, torch-on mineral felt, external open cavity and internal cavity insulation.

Summerhouses
Our Lushington Summerhouses are purpose built for your garden building needs. With single glazing and the highest quality materials as standard, your building will not only stand the test of time but will also be perfectly designed for your needs.
Designed to be located in the most exposed locations with a choice of over 280 standard sizes, alternative designs, internal height of up to 2m, roof pitches between 5-45 degrees, choice of door and window designs, choice of polyester felt, slate or cedar shingles roof.

Sheds & Workshops
An extremely well-built tough timber framed/cladded Garden Building with a wide range of sizes and designs to choose from. The extensive range of doors and windows are single or double glazed and are made to bespoke order here at Lushington. The buildings can be priced as standard models or by choosing a shell size and adding your own choice of doors, windows and optional extras. A very popular range with extra durability and affordability coupled with BESPOKE options.

Economy Range
Our economy range BESPOKE design sheds, garden stores and even Summerhouses. Our custom cut timber is all pressure treated before assembly. The extra long 22mm Tongue and Groove fit means reduced expansion gaps and better weather protection than your average shed. Having both quality and economy these are some of our most popular buildings at competitive prices and a good quality you’ll be spoilt for choice.

What happens next?
Knowing what size building you require is a big help as is where you want the doors and windows positioned. This helps us give you a much more accurate starting price. We can then go through the additional requirements and finishes based on your choices and budget to get you the right building for your needs.
What are all the costs?
From choosing the right base for your site to deciding whether you need cedar roof shingles or slates, there are many options that will affect the final price.
Some of these extra costs are bigger than others. Lining, Insulation and Roofing options are some of the bigger ones whereas Packing, Floor Bearers and Guttering are some of the easier choices to make. It really depends on the size and purpose of the building. If budget constraints are too high we do have Stock options available at our site but the BEST thing is to do is to Call Us Today and start a discussion about what your needs are and how Lushington Garden Buildings can help you meet them.
How long will the project take?
All of our hand-crafted sheds can be built, delivered and assembled within 2 – 4 weeks of an order being placed. In the peak season from March to September this may increase by two weeks. Our team are always mindful of timescales and the individual needs of all of our customers so best to keep in touch throughout the process.
Our highest quality Garden Rooms and Workshops can be delivered and assembled within 6 – 12 weeks whatever the time of year.
Occasionally we have onsite buildings that are ready to go and with stock and sale options it can sometimes workout that buildings can have a much faster turnaround depending on work load and the availability of staff.
